At Neovedica, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please review our policy below:

Easy Returns

Our 15-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is exactly how you wanted it to be. 

If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or 100 % refund of the actual amount paid. 

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If not, items may be returned or exchanged within fifteen days upon receipt. To receive a return, you just have to write to us on neovedica@gmail.com and follow the steps outlined below. 

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange 

To return any product to us, follow the below process:

Package Your Return: We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. 

Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchased condition and Inovice, and it should be shipped within 15 days. 

Please allow approximately 10-12 working days for your refund, to be processed once we receive the product.

Our Customer service representative will happily assist you through return pickups.

Free Return Shipping

There are no charges on Return shipping under the 15 day return policy for any Exchange or Refunds. Contact us and we will arrange for a return pick by our authorised shipping partners. Please retain all shipping materials for our shipping company pick up and/or inspection. 

Refunds to your charged card and Bank Accounts

Credit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card, or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 -12 working days from the date that Neovedica has received your return for your account to be credited. Bank fund transfers are posted against the original account they originated from. 

Cancel Or Change An Order 

If you would like to change or cancel an order you may write to us on neovedica@gmail.com, we will attempt to accommodate the order changes to the extent possible prior to dispatch of Product. Some changes might result in delayed shipping. If your order has already been shipped, please accept the product and you can contact us to set up a return pick up. 

15 days Money Back do not apply to the following items: 

•     Item(s) shipped over 15 days ago.
•     Exchanges (Product once already exchanged)
•     International returns.
